Cancellation Policy

At Shraddha Spiritual Network, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your pooja booking. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please read the following terms carefully:
1. Cancellation within 5 days before the pooja booking date and time:
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made within this timeframe.
  • However, you will receive a credit equivalent to the amount paid, which can be utilized for booking another pooja within 6 months from the date of cancellation.
2. Cancellation 6 days or more before the pooja booking date and time:
  • 90% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • 10% of the booking amount will be deducted as a platform handling fee.
  • Host can choose to get the full credit to be used within 6 months from the date of cancellation.
3. Utilization of Credit:
  • The credit received upon cancellation must be utilized within 6 months from the date of cancellation.
  • The credit can be used to book any pooja service offered by Shraddha Spiritual Network.
  • The credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances:
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, epidemics, or other emergencies, Shraddha Spiritual Network reserves the right to cancel or postpone the pooja booking.
  • In such cases, a full refund or credit for future use will be provided, as per the discretion of Shraddha Spiritual Network.
5. Cancellation due to priest unavailability:
  • If the priest is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Shraddha Spiritual Network will make every effort to provide an alternative priest or reschedule the pooja.
  • If no alternative arrangements can be made, a full refund or credit for future use will be provided.
6. Cancellation Request:
  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing email or a Whatsapp message to our customer service number. 
  • The cancellation request will be processed within 3-5 working days, and the refund or credit will be issued accordingly.
7. Terms and Conditions:
  • By booking a pooja through Shraddha Spiritual Network, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions, including this cancellation policy.
  • Shraddha Spiritual Network reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time, without prior notice.
